Founded in 2514, located at 7 / 174-176 Soi 6/2 North Road, KlongPhasi Charoen NongKhaem Bangkok 10160 VIP HAT CO., LTD. is the hat factory producing CAP, HAT, COWBOY HAT, HIP HOP, and SAFARI.We export our hat throughout many countries and producing cap for many top brands of Japan brand.Not only in japan but in Thailand we are the chosen factory which has the copy right to produce hats under the top brands, SPIDER-MAN, MICKEY MOUSE, WINNIE THE POOH, PRINCESS, DORAEMON, FROZEN, MARVEL KAWAII and including our own brand "VIP" the brand accumulating experiences for over 44 years.

Our unique lab test “In house Lab Test”for analyzing the quality fabrics to be the part of raw materialselection to get the standard materials before manufacturing our good quality products.
Customers can order the minimum amount just only 300 hats/color. The duration of manufacturing is in 30 days. We are prompt with our production capacity of 65,000 hats / month by integrating Modern process and modern machinerywith expert and experienced staff almost 200, refined works, quality materials, trendy and attractive model features. With these factors can make yoube sure that “We can take a very good care of your orders”.

Our Production Quality Control Division team covering through personnel section, work system organizing, Lean manufacturing System and Quality control of product manufacture in keeping with the standard specified by the customer by certified the standard by the top brands such as DISNEY COC, AEON COC, AEON STANDARD, CSR_USJ and etc.
Fabric stock and various decorating equipment’s stock will be always kept properly and systematically to be convenient for controlling and using. Non-standard materials and wastes will be extracted away to be sure that the raw materials for manufacturing are standardized
For cutting section there are standardized machinery and equipment such as Band knife, End Cloth cutting machines, Rotary fusing machines, etc. Which can produce the piece of works to supply into the assembly-linespeedily
All pieces of work whether it be, printed piece, lace piece and the others we have passed 100% QC to distinguish non-standard materials.After that we will send the best pieces to the preparation team to be ready before sending into the manufacturing line
