6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Lead Time, and Delivery
OEM and ODM manufacturing services are subject to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), production lead time, and delivery conditions as specified by the Company on a case-by-case basis.
Any stated production or delivery timelines are estimates only and may be subject to change due to raw material availability, production processes, force majeure events, or other factors beyond the Company’s control. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such delays unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
7. Client Designs and Intellectual Property Responsibility
All designs, artwork, design files, logos, trademarks, or creative materials provided by clients for quotation, development, or manufacturing purposes shall remain the property of the client.
Clients represent and warrant that such materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Company shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from intellectual property infringement related to client-provided materials.
The Company reserves the right to refuse production of any work that may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or public morals.
